These Website and Service Terms govern your use of the JNN Waste Management website and any service quote requests submitted through it.
1. Quotes Are Not Confirmed Bookings
Submitting a quote form or callback request does not constitute an accepted contract, guaranteed pricing, or confirmed service appointment. All job scopes, pricing estimates, and arrival windows must be reviewed and mutually agreed upon with our team.
2. Pricing Basis & Scope Changes
Estimates are provided based on the volume and access details you supply. If the actual volume, weight, item types, or property access significantly differ upon arrival, the team will present an updated price for approval before lifting begins.
3. Property Access & Prohibited Materials
Customers must have legal authority to dispose of items and provide safe, unobstructed access to the property. Hazardous materials, biohazards, and chemicals are strictly prohibited.
4. Commercial & Multi-Family Agreements
Apartment valet trash and HOA neighborhood bin cleaning services are governed by separate, signed master service agreements detailing billing intervals, pickup schedules, and community guidelines.
